SNC is planned and designed by Tongji Design Institute. Established in 1958, Tongji Design Institute is a well-known group-managed, extra-large Grade A design unit in China. It holds a number of design qualifications issued by the Ministry of Construction, such as architecture, municipal, bridge, highway, geotechnical, geological, landscape architecture, environmental pollution prevention, human defense, cultural relics protection, etc. and engineering consulting certificates issued by the State Planning Commission, which is one of the design units with the widest design qualification coverage in China.
